NITSUA said, ‘The kids have absolutely loved the process.
‘We’ve had parents comment that their children don’t like focusing on conventional school work, but when it comes to art they are absolutely focused and in the moment.
‘The design has been inspired by their ideas and contributions about what is important to them when it comes to living in Lennox Head,’ said NITSUA.
‘The artwork includes a whale and an octopus. One of the students made friends with an octopus each day at Boulders during COVID-19 lockdown – and even taught it how to high-five!’
