Vacaville council set to consider new lower Lagoon Valley taxing district
VACAVILLE The City Council has a host of facility district business to deal with when it meets Tuesday.
Much of the facility district business surrounds the formation of Community Facilities District No. 13 in the Lower Lagoon Valley, including levying a special tax on the district.
The council also will consider an agreement with Nicole Anderson and Associates Consulting LLC for equity, diversity and inclusion training and facilitation services.
The 2021-22 Community Development Block Grant annual Action Plan is also up for consideration, as is a decision whether to approve a one-time $10,000 payment to the Solano Services Corp. for the Vacaville Clean Streets Program.
