The Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) on Sunday declared Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) winner
Prof. Abayomi Sunday Fasina
Profs. Abayomi Sunday Fasina and Sola Omotola have been appointed as Vice Chancellor and Deputy Vice Chancellor (DVC) Administration respectively, of Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE).
Fasina, a Prof. of Pedology, prior to his appointment, was FUOYE’s DVC, Administration He holds a PhD from University of Ibadan.
He was two terms Dean, Faculty Agricultural Sciences, Ekiti State University; Chairman, Association of Deans of Agriculture of all Nigerian Universities and Fellow, Soil Science Society of Nigeria.
Prof. Omotola obtained his PhD in Comparative African Governance and Politics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He was Dean, Faculty of Social Science, FUOYE, before his appointment as DVC.
