Dozens of cars pulled behind the Littleton Police Department Saturday morning, many with boxes of toys in their trunks for Toys for Tots and checks made out to The Sun Santa Fund. The nearly constant stream of cars and trucks turned into a large pile of toys accumulating in a U.S. Marine Corps truck and inside the police station, from which they will be donated to families that are struggling to afford gifts for their children this holiday season.
