The Social Security Organisation (Socso) Self-Employment Social Security Scheme (SESSS) is expected to benefit some 810,000 self-employed individuals, said Sabah Socso Deputy Director Salwati Abdul Karim.
He said 80 per cent of contributions are borne by the Government under nine categories, which include entrepreneurs, hawkers, artists, travel agents, farmers, community rehabilitation workers and fishermen
