DSWD Spokesperson Irene Dumlao said along with other concerned agencies such as the Department of Education (DepEd), and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), they were stepping up efforts to address the issue involving the youth.
“We recognize that parenting plays a vital role on this issue, kaya (that’s why) our Social Technology Bureau developed the “Parenting”, the adolescent module to aid parents in rearing teenagers.
