Jellainie Salvacion This was what happened to Jellainie Salvacion from Barangay 51, in Pasay City. In a Facebook post, she showed a photo of a certification from the barangay which included an address and supposed names of her beneficiaries. However, listed as her beneficiaries were a family of three whom she does not know. Aside from that, she said that the address written down was wrong. According to Salvacion, she was approached by one of the persons listed in the certification who was as puzzled as to why the three of them were listed with a different person.
