An April storm brought snow to many parts of New England Friday, coating surfaces and budding trees with snow. Take a look at the snowy scene in East Boston.

umbrella weather in dallas and forth. talk about a slow start to the severe weather season. here we are, may is the busiest month for tornadoes. april and june second and third busiest. two dates so far this year, we had 260 tornado reports. usually we have 400 or so. last year, had 573. because it has been a cold spring, we haven t had the heat out there and moisture available to give severe weather episodes. one thing that s interesting, these are all tornado reports to date. we have yet to have a tornado in oklahoma or kansas. if oklahoma makes it through today, this is the latest to date we ve had the first tornado to start the year. there s been some good to the cold, snowy spring. as far as today goes, still cool in areas of the east. all the warmth from the west is heading east in days ahead. you definitely, that s good news. global markets are seeing
