On June 3, the high court had issued a notice to the Maharashtra government after a Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) member KR Muley sought an FIR against a company that operates online ludo. Muley contends that playing ludo for moolah falls foul of the Bombay Prevention of Gambling Act, 1887.
