K2fly Ltd (ASX:K2F) has appointed Nic Pollock to the role of chief executive officer, effective from September 1 following an executive restructure. This comes after current CEO Brian Miller informed the board that from September 1 he would like to reduce his hours of employment. Although this will necessitate Miller stepping down from the role, he remains fully committed to K2F and has expressed his desire to continue as a director of the company.
