Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Is Getting A Limited-Time Rambo Event
For folks not aware of recent goings-on, co-developers Treyarch and Raven Studios delivered several new skins to the first-person shooter’s competitive multiplayer modes based on 80s movies, specifically those starring famed action heroes. So far, only Sylvester Stallone’s Rambo and Bruce Willis’ John McClane have been made available, with more expected to come throughout the remainder of Season 3.
While many fans have voiced their concern over the quality of Rambo’s transition from live-action to gaming, none will take issue with how the license is being utilized outside of cosmetics. Starting today, May 27th, a new Gun Game playlist will be available for all

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Releases January 21 Update, Patch Notes Revealed
Treyarch Studios released this week’s
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War update on Thursday to refresh the game’s playlists and to take care of a few problems that’d been affecting the Zombies mode since the release of some new content there. Those changes in the Zombies mode are pretty light which means that the playlist changes make up most of this update which means it’s a pretty small one overall.
Black Ops Cold War players should now be able to download the update across all platforms.

UPDATE: A small Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War update has been released today by Treyarch, although the development team has yet to share details on the new patch.
The good news is that we do know what is being planned for later in the week, including the new Cold War and Warzone playlist patch releasing on January 21.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War‘s Season One continues with a mid-season Reloaded update. The update brings along a new map, multiplayer mode, Wakizashi sword melee weapon, Zombies mode, and more. Treyarch also went into a lot more details about the upcoming Firebase Z map and other Zombies improvements coming on Febraury 4.
Sanitorium is the new 40-player map based in an experimental Soviet health retreat in the Ural Plains. Ten teams of four players battle to collect and deposit uranium, all while eliminating the other teams. The map includes a range of vehicles, including Gunboats and the Tactical Raft.
