Since launching their food truck in May 2021, married couple Ghiovanna and Darbi Dennis have worked tirelessly to perfect a menu that consists largely of comfort food staples like pulled pork sandwiches, homestyle baked beans, macaroni and cheese, loaded nachos and creamy whips. For those feeling a bit more adventurous, Smokin’ Dews also offers several dishes that each feature a compilation of favorites from their menu. The Piggy Pile-Up, for example, features four ounces of their homemade macaroni and cheese, baked beans and two ounces of pulled pork or chicken smothered in your choice of sauce, all piled on top of one another.
