To celebrate 25 years, we need to go back further than 25 years to see how we got to that point 25 years ago. Our first panel was about that. Behind the scenes of the act. The early years. We are so fortunate to have presenters, panelist who can speak to this with an incredible depth of knowledge. I would like to welcome them to come now. The first is Patricia Zell. She serves as the editor of the indian law and order. She retired in march 2005 following 25 years of service on the u. S. Senate committee where committee on Indian Affairs where she served as the democratic staff director and chief counsel for the last 19 years of her senate service. The depth of knowledge possessed on these issues is unparalleled. She worked for the u. S. Commission on civil rights American Psychological association. Ive been fortunate to work with her on the board o
