The shelter wednesday morning after complaints from neighbors and other agencies. They found hundred animals 600 animals in need of care and were neglected. They also found 15 dogs that had been burr id at the sheller. The conditions were seeing here didnt happen overnight. This is longterm neglect. Reporter the Property Owner steven and linda spear now face multiple counts of animal cruelty. Norris says the owners took them in because they didnt want to abonn don them abandon them. She never witnessed any signs of neglect. Just injustice because they have put heart and soul into that place.
