The murders happened in 2005. The four were shot execution style in the upstairs bedroom of a townhome. Two others were hurt when they jumped out of a window. Authority says 3 lee three suspects were seen the home. Roderick duncan is the only person arrested, already serving eight years in federal prison for drug charges. Initially it was unclear if the driver knew the woman was hit. And now we understand those charges have been filed. We reached out to the transport Workers Union local 100. The union that represents the bus driver. We got a statement back that says, its a terrible tragedy. Very early stage in the investigation. So there will be no further comments from the unity.
