He has struck three times now and it was at the same location on the intersection of eden avenue and Rosemary Lane in campbell. She was walking home from school when a middle school aged girl was followed by a man in his car and told by the driver to get in. A scary experience for her. There were threats made for her to get in the vehicle and when that occurred she took off running. Reporter this was the second time a man approached a young middle schooler in just two weeks between roslyn elementary and campbell middle school. And in november police say a man of similar description attempted to lure a woman in her 20s into his car. The third incident involved an adult female while the suspect was exposing himself. Police didnt know if the teen was shot inside of the car or if he was placed there. Its also unknown if this was a murder or if the gunshot wound was selfinflicted.
