just days before the election, who is kathy bartlett and could she win? and good evening, welcome to a special edition of outfront, live from kyiv tonight i m erin burnett and russia with a new warning and a massive show in force. this comes as the u.s. is flexing its military muscles 700 miles south of ukraine. thousands of troops from america s allies join americans for military exercises in north macedonia, at some point, hundreds of paratroopers to the sky to demonstrate how quickly the alliance could respond to an attack. while it s important to note these exercises were planned for putin s invasion, it s always the option to hold them up, the u.s. with that and other exercises since the conflict began, no doubt the message was aimed at putin and it comes as former president dmitri medvalev gave a warning, quote, that russia will strengthen the number of air defenses and ground and air forces as well as naval forces if sweden and finland join nato. they probably will,
