As the 2023 National Senior Certificate exams got off the ground on Monday, Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga said security has been beefed up across the country to prevent the leaking of papers.
As the matric exams draw nearer, provincial education department MEC Fundile Gade, departmental stakeholders, teachers' unions and pupils committed themselves to incident-free final examinations on Friday at Laërskool Grens.
