Biomedical Translation Research Center, Academia Sinica Taipei, Taiwan With the aspiration to support the biotechnology development in Taiwan, Biomedical Translation Research Center (BioTReC) was formally founded in September 2019 as part of the National Biotechnology Research Park to align well with the government initiatives and to accelerate bio-entrepreneurship from early discovery stages to commercialization.
BioTReC, consists of three divisions including Translational Medicine Division, Innovation Incubation Center (Biohub Taiwan), and Smart Healthcare Division. The center offers easy access to state-of-the-art research facilities.
For translational medicine division, the purpose is to support industry-oriented innovation and multidisciplinary collaboration in translational medicine.
