Mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. is welcoming the new year in a giga way with RESET 2021, a star-studded online concert featuring OPM rock artists Bamboo, The Itchyworms, Unique Salonga and more to be streamed via Smart’s YouTube channel and simulcast on TV5 and Cignal on Dec. 31, Thursday starting 10:40 p.m.
