“It is a pleasure to be able to share some of the experience we gained in the past working on agroforestry’s tree, soil and crop interactions in rubber systems. It has been a journey of discovery over the last 25–30 years and hopefully we can help some of the people who come to this area more recently to catch up to where we think we’ve come.
We’ve heard many different versions of the key to success and often it seems that it’s the specific topic that a person happens to know something about that is the key. But all these claims that there is a single key to success depend on actually looking at the door: you will see that no single key will open it. The Sustainable Development Goals are complex issues, are wicked issues, and need more than one key.
