Sources tell cbs news, a federal grand jury has approved special councsel Robert Muellers first charges in the case an arrest could come as early as today. In a hail of tweets the president shrugged off the looming charges suggesting in capital letters that the spotlight be turned instead toward Hillary Clinton. Here is justice reporter paula reid.
