reporter: one press freedom group here in the united states says the friday raid that targeted the marion county record not far from wichita, kansas not only violates fer law but also the first amendment. in terms of what we re heard from the co-owner of the publication, he says the marion county police department raided his home and publication s office. he says police seized things like computers and cellphones and other things suggesting that it was triggered by a story published mentioning the owner of a local coffee shop. and that he and his colleagues received a confidential tip about that owner driving without a license. and rather than publishing a story, he consulted with an attorney and then notified local lawsuit that his newspaper had come into contact or at least in possesonf some possible sensitive terials. and he says that police then notified the coffee owner.
