In terms of the people i have spoken to, they continue to express concerns to me that the International Community has abandoned them and that they would like to see actions, that they would like to see the International Community come together and agree on action which would lead to a political solution inside of syria. It is very hard for me to speak about the psychology, but i can say that people remain fearful, and a lot of people are just fearful because the future remains so uncertain. I know you have a number of things on your schedule. Do you have time for one or two more questions . There are still a few hands up. Ive about two minutes, so

It is important because the regime is collaborating with lockstep with in hezbollah. Syria is important because its people in seeking freedom and dignity has suffered unimaginable horrors. On the other hand, americans have heard the president s commitment that this will not iraq, this will not be afghanistan any use of force will be limited and tailored narrowly to the chemical weapons threat. On the one hand, we shar

I can understand how aggressive theyve gotten in certain areas. The trip to moscow worries me because there are serious things happening in that relationship that would not have happened were it not for the absolute collapse of faith in the United States, and while there may be good things that can come out of it for the saudis to be off on their own, a lot of bad things can come out of that as well potentially. But that is the kind of uncertainty that we are dealing with in the system that i think has led to quite a bit of trouble. I agree in the first place that syria now takes on this huge importance in terms of trying to convince the iranians that we are serious. I think that operation is now going to need to be something that perhaps the president and his team did not think a couple of weeks ago it might have needed to be.
