It s been a pretty decent winter in terms of cold and snow. We ve had enough of both, but perhaps not too much. And not for nothing, St. Patrick s Day is four weeks from today. Check out this gallery of some of the most memorable winter storms in the Capital Region and how bad things looked in February of 2007.
The trend for storms of late has been for the models to start days out with them being well to our southeast, but as the time closes in, they push the storms northwest. That has produced some big snows, including the December Mack Daddy, which hit us two months ago today.
