I’ve long had a love-hate relationship with Facebook. I don’t even bother with Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Tumblr, Reddit, Flickr, Tinder, Nextdoor or any of the dozens of other such “services” available today. It’s just way too much for an old doddering mind like mine to embrace.
I had an issue with Facebook some years ago which I tried to resolve by contacting the customer service department or whatever they call their complaint resolution center, but got no response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement of my existence, let alone my difficulty. I thought at the time Mr. Zuckerberg and his partners were probably much too busy counting up their billions of dollars in profits to be concerned with those who helped put that humongous fortune into their hands.
Throughout 2020, there was just one topic of conversation on everyone s lips - Covid 19.
But while the entertainment industry was particularly hit by the pandemic, with the postponement of many film and television productions and live gigs, 2021 looks set to be a busier year with plenty more to talk about than the global pandemic.
So who and what will be making headlines as we tentatively step into the New Year? From the new kids on the block whose stars are going to rise to the familiar faces returning to the small and big screens, we shine a light on the local talent for whom 2021 is poised to be a productive and important year.

records. then senator obama released multiple years and has released his tax records. president george bush. president clinton. nominees for each party. i think it was a tradition that was initiated by then presidential candidate george romney back in 1968, who released 12 years of tax records. oh, you sly, sly guy. see what he did there? yeah. does this hurt him in south carolina? i don t think it does, andrea. only because i think the cake is baked. if you care about electability in south carolina, we think there s probably between 25, 31% who that is their primary concern, you re going to vote for mitt romney. does it matter in the long-term? absolutely. this is something the obama
