LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), February 16 (SeeNews) - The Slovenian Securities Market Agency has admitted to trading an issue of 250,000 shares in trading company Kompas Shop [LJE:MTSG]. The shares from the company s capital increase will start trading on the stock exchange on February 22, Kompas Shop said in a bourse filing on Monday. In November, Kompas Shop raised out its share capital to 3.52 million euro ($4.28 million) from 2.48 million euro by selling out its issue of 250,000 shares in par value of 4.17 euro each. It offered them for sale at 40 euro, putting the value of the entire share issue at 10 million euro. A total of 1.04 million euro of the raised funds went to the capital hike, whereas the remainder is intended to go to capital reserves.
