A big part of the boulevard and park system is to maintain up. Maintain it. As they get older, they take maintenance. You have to rebuild things. Whether it is the pavement, curb, drain structures. The original plan, a lot of it done by George Kessler was treeplanting. Multiple rows of trees were planted on boulevards. Trees have a lifespan. We have to maintain. The biggest challenge today is maintenance. I think generally speaking, kansas city citizens appreciate the park and boulevard system. We strongly believe that to be true.
