In their announcement, the band acknowledged Jay s respectful tribute to Joey s contributions, underscoring his valuable input across the last three albums. “No one can ever replace Joey Jordisons original sound, style or energy, but Jay honored Joeys parts and contributed to the last three albums and we, the band, and the fans appreciate it.
