Apparel personalisation fulfilment business Slick Stitch has acquired garment and textiles printing specialist Mad Print, for an undisclosed sum.
Slick Stitch is currently considering other acquisition opportunities
Wolverhampton-based Slick Stitch works for major brands and retailers, offering services including warehousing, garment embellishment and end consumer logistics.
Family-run Mad Print, based in Nottingham, works for a variety of businesses, football clubs, charities, fashion houses, designers and fundraising events across the UK and Europe.
