VITEBSK, 25 May (BelTA) – The 30th edition of the International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk will be running on 15-18 July, with additional events scheduled for 14 and 19 July. The festival will have a busy program of events to suit any taste, BelTA learned from the festival s directorate.
The main events will be the opening ceremony, the opening gala concert, and the concert “Union State invites.”. The Slavianski Bazaar festival will also include the traditional song contests for adults and children. The two-day children s song contest will be held at the Vitebsk Concert Hall and will wrap up with a gala concert.

MINSK, 5 April (BelTA) – The International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk is one of the best festivals in the world, Russian pop singer Oleg Gazmanov told the STV TV channel, BelTA has learned.
“I believe that the Slavianski Bazaar is one of the best festivals in the world. Its venues are very cool,” Oleg Gazmanov said. He noted that even viewers in the back rows can see the stage and artists perfectly well.
Oleg Gazmanov also commented about calls to cancel participation in the festival that artists get allegedly from Belarusians. “As a rule, hate does not show how many people do not want me to come to the festival. This is the work of bots, a whole army of them, who operate mostly from abroad, of course,” he said.
