Tim Atkins Brock Radke Mon, Mar 8, 2021 (11:25 a.m.) Ada’s has reopened at Tivoli Village. Formerly a boutique Italian restaurant, the concept has changed into a cozy Spanish-inspired wine bar open Wednesday through Sunday from 2 until 9 p.m. Stripburger & Chicken, the Strip-front eatery at the Fashion Show mall operated by the company behind Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab at the Forum Shops at Caesars, has reopened for the first time in almost a year. It currently opens at 3 p.m. on weekdays and 11:30 a.m. on weekends, and on March 15 it will shift to full operating hours of 11:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The Plug ghost kitchen brings Mexican, American, Asian, and Indian cuisines to Henderson

Ava Rose Agency One of the biggest trends in dining during the pandemic came in the form of ghost kitchens, those virtual restaurants that offer delivery-only dishes and meals. Diners can’t walk in and order and none offer a dining room. Robert Earl of Planet Hollywood fame went big with ghost kitchens, turning to celebrities such as singer Mariah Carey, rapper Tyga, and Mayor of Flavortown Guy Fieri to add cookies, chicken bites, and sandwiches, all created inside restaurants he owns such as Brio and Boca di Beppo. Now a local restaurant plans to reveal its own 8,000 square-foot virtual restaurant with four different cuisines this summer at The Plug that plans to include a market at the back of Blume Kitchen & Cocktails in Henderson.
