A Slam Daddy is the hot chicken trailer’s popular take on the humble double cheeseburger, which has been amped up with Chi Chi’s savory Bird Sauce. The pop-up will take place inside the Shotgun House lobby on Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. or sell out. The coffee joint also serves craft beer and wine to wash down the slam daddiness.
