In today’s coronavirus (COVID-19) statistics, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) announced that Qatar recorded 462 new cases and 265 new recoveries.
Among the new positive cases, 412 are from community cases and 50 from travelers returning from abroad.
In the last 24 hours, 7 new patients were admitted to intensive care due to COVID-19. The total number of cases in intensive care currently stands at 99.
The new confirmed cases of infection have been introduced to complete isolation in the various medical facilities in Qatar, where they receive the necessary healthcare according to the health status of each case.
Furthermore, the Ministry stated that Qatar has succeeded in flattening the curve and limiting the spread of the disease.
