A limited company linked to David Whitmire Hearst Jr., grandson of the late publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst, is the buyer of a sprawling luxury estate on Northern Idahoâs legendary Lake Coeur dâAlene. Last asking $30 million, the property was one of the most expensive listings in Idaho history.
Known as SkyPine Estate, the property has an abundance of amenities for a jet-setting lifestyle. It spans about 18 acres in Worley, Idaho, roughly 30 miles from Spokane, Washington, and comes with a sandy beach, a âLas Vegas-esque waterfall,â a helipad, and a boat house with eight watercrafts, including a 34-foot wooden Stancraft, according to the listing. It also comes with two private jet hangars at the nearby Coeur
