President obama thats great. Thank you. [applause] thank you, its an honor to be here. When i was growing up in rwanda, i used to be in the forest collecting firewood for my parents. Other children in africa are facing the same challenges, they are involved in a number of activities to help their parents just to prepare their meal instead of going to school. So as i was growing up, i kept thinking about something that i can do to help these families have access to alternative fuels they can use to replace charcoal wood that they have been using for many years. So i came up with an idea whereby we collect wood and turned turn them into an affordable, environmentally Friendly Product that people can use, its a great cooking fuel which can improve health and sanitation in homes. Its been two years and we have employed more than 25 people, giving them jobs and we are trying to expand to other areas of the country so that we can continue to improve sanitation as well as providing alteshtive
But i know its still hard sometimes and frustrating. Lets go back to the earlier question i asked. What do you find to be some of the biggest hurdles for your success . And are there policies that either your governments could be pursuing or the United States in conjunction with your governments could be pursuing that would really make this process if not easy, then at least a little smoother . And are there questions or concerns that you have in terms of how more established businesses like facebook, how they might be able to interact with startups like yours . So why dont we well go in reverse order this time. I think theres been many challenges along the way and in our case, we tried to disrupt many preconceptions. In the beginning, people were like, how are you going to train them, how will you get a young woman who went to a Public High School who isnt very good, to become competitive in the labor market. I think weve overcome those and weve proved that you can learn in months ins
We have interviews and never before seen locker room footage, including ray lewis. We want to take you to what will be the scene of the championship matchup. Pete gilbert is standing by in foxboro. This rivalry, this budding rivalry between the patriots and the ravens. I get it. For people in baltimore, pittsburgh is always going to be number one when it comes to rivalry. In the post season and playoffs, you of got to talk about the braves and the patriots. You play big games, you play them closer. The british, with everyone to call it, will forever live and the breakup, whatever you want to call it, will forever live and the ravens memory. Talk about cutting their attention. There is an element of this like as well. Getting their attention. Element of dislike as well. It to a great job year in and year out. The win playoff games. With had some great battles with them. We have won some. They have won some. Most of them have come right down to the wire. Theyre a tough, hardnosed footbal
Let me tell you, they are sending a lot his way. And look at the crowd. If we can pan a little bit that way, we can show the crowd talking to rayless. They are sending out baltimore love his way. They loved themselves some ravens. This is one of the hat is crowds you ever see today. Everybody looking right now at ray lewis. He is pounding his heart. That is a familiar thing that everybody has come to see. And then pointing back at the crowd. And the crowd is eating it up. They absolutely love it. Terrail Su Tyrrell Suggs is also by his humvee. Reporters are asking questions. Somebody has manhandled the lombardi trophy. Ed reed has said. Patdown to ed reed with the super bowl trophy in front of us. He is writing one of those military humvees. They pop up in areas where everybody can see them. I think that is the gun turret. Thats right. Accept that they are the guns today. I love that they have their families with them, their children with them. Can you imagine what his little boy makes
