Microsoft in support of Ukraine has made available access to make free phone calls to Ukraine on all platforms. Skype users in Ukraine are now also allowed to make free phone calls via Skype to people in other countries.
The latest Insider build of Skype allows people to make free phone calls to Ukraine. The app now also supports translating phone calls to and from Ukrainian.
