In fact, the temperatures have climbed into the 80s now for delaware and the Lehigh Valley, where its still mostly cloudy. We could see some showers and thunderstorms develop for the Lehigh Valley and the suburbs this afternoon and a possibility for philadelphia. But the heat will be the main factor, with afternoon temperatures in the middle 90s, that will feel more like 100 degrees or more. Its going to be dangerous to go outside and exert yourself in that kind of heat. And its not just today, its also tomorrow. Those are fastmoving, too, and theyll be offshore by this afternoon and well see these come to an end during the morning. The wind, theyve been picking up, but look at this. Weve got rain, wind, its the last day of february and the temperatures are in the 50s and 55 degrees in wilmington and its up to 50 degrees in allentown and that was the cold spot this morning. It dropped below freezing first thing this morning and that was the only place that saw any cold air this morning. An unusual day and not just because its the 29th of february and it only happens once every four years and because these temperatures are so unusual.
