The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) received on Thursday, Feb, 10, four brand new Cessna 172S Skyhawk Trainer Aircraft from the United States as part of the military modernization. Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana said the four Cessna trainer aircraft are worth $2.2 million under the US Foreign
