Sky hikes TV and broadband prices by up to £72 a year Sky joins BT, Netflix and Virgin Media in increasing prices for millions of customers 17 February 2021 • 3:07pm Sky’s TV and broadband customers are being stung with price rises of up to £72 a year.  Price hikes from the pay-TV giant will be as high as £6 a month, with average monthly price increases topping just over £3.  The Succession broadcaster owned by American cable giant Comcast is hiking costs across its broadband and TV products from April 1. Sky’s basic broadband package will increase by £3 to £25 per month, a 14pc rise, while Sky HD will increase by 16pc – or £1 – to £7.
