Pie in the Sky, Island Doctors to fund seniors in St Johns County

Pie in the Sky has been working diligently to ensure its seniors are well taken care of through these unprecedented times. The nonprofit organization has gathered volunteers, hosted fundraisers, partnered with local restaurants, and is now announcing its new partnership with the local medical office, Island Doctors. Island Doctors recently donated over $7,000 to Pie in the Sky, which will help fund produce costs for seniors throughout the spring season. “We are thrilled to renew our partnership with Island Doctors,” said Pie in the Sky Executive Director Malea Guiriba. “Their support during COVID has allowed us to continue purchasing high-quality produce at the quantity that our seniors need. We are so grateful to Island Doctors for their support of Pie and our seniors.”
