Lon Angeles, Dec 21: Actor and comedian Eddie Izzard has revealed that she is “gender fluid” and will be using “she” and “her” pronouns from now on.
Eddie Izzard announced during a recent television appearance that she is exclusively using she/her pronouns.
During an appearance on Sky Arts’ Portrait Artist of the Year, a British painting competition series, the comedian, 58, appeared as a portrait subject and shared the news. I try to do things that I think are interesting. This is the first program I’ve asked if I can be ‘she’ and ‘her’ this is a little transition period, Izzard said to one of the contestants painting her.
Izzard added that it feels great to reveal her pronouns because people just assume. They just know me from before, but I m gender fluid. I just want to be based in girl mode from now on, she added. It feels very positive. One life, live it well.
