This is how Iceland came to the rescue when the air-con system failed at Deeside vaccination centre
Iceland delivered lollies to the Deeside mass vaccination centre. ICELAND has come up with a novel way of keeping workers at a Deeside vaccine centre cool. The frozen food giant is delivering ice lollies to Deeside’s Mass Vaccination Centre following the break-down of the site’s air-con system to help keep volunteers, health workers and patients cool as temperatures continue to soar this June. As an extra thank you to the centre, Iceland will be donating a freezer so that the team and their patients can stay cool throughout the summer.
