easiest answer is go see an allergist. but we have the ability to test for various different pollens to see what you might be allergic too. but i ll be honest, in general the seasonality is actually pretty good giving you a good indication of what you might be allergic too. whether it is that early spring, middle spring or sort of the late summer into the fall. but we do have the ability to test. we do skin testing or blood testing and that can it he will usexactly what you are allergic too. i always appreciate seamless self pills and sprays and stuff. any specifics that you recommend that people should look out for? are there other things people can do to find some relief beyond medication? sure, in terms of ft medications, what i would recommend is that there s nasal steroids and nonsedating
