The Friendship Circle of Washington presented its ninth annual Walk with Friendship and Community Fun Day on Oct. 2 at Luther Burbank Park. The family event brought together the community to support families, children and teens with special needs. The 1K Walk/5K run was followed by a celebration of friendship with entertainment, a community resource fair, music, food, a kid zone, face painting, games for all ages and prizes.
