if you were born in 1969, you arrived with a little over 2 million people in it. that is a lot of new people in a short period of time. how many people is that exactly? it is nearly twice the population of the entire western united states. that is 13 states including california. that is massive and incredibly rapid growth. and it is accelerating. immigration is now at its highest level ever recorded. in american history. so foreign born already living here. over just the last year roughly 2 million people from across the world came across the borders illegally. all of them arrived with the blessing of the white house. it makes you wonder what sort of economy joe biden thinks that we will have going forward. what are they going to be doing 20 years from now. automation is replacing the low skill jobs that remains. they can t all bus tables in napa.

catching. so this, and let s not lie about it, this is a democratic party s reelection plan. new york is allowing noncitizens to vote. expect that trend to spread. because equity. it has nothing to do with equity, it s about politics, the whole point of this. a lot of these people may turn out to have political views democratic party does not expect whatsoever. particularly latino women, will have a lot more on that in a minute. but purely as an economic matter, this is a disaster. no wise person would do this. this country is getting poorer in part because of inflation but nobody wants to face that truth but it is true. is this really the time to import millions of low skilled laborers? probably not. what are all the people going to be doing for work in ten years? that s a real question. the current labor shortage has accelerated the automation of low skill jobs.
