What s next for Thailand in 2021? A marijuana tour. Well, specifically a medical marijuana tour backed by Thailand’s Tourism and Sports and Public Health ministries.
The tour was announced recently by tourism and sports minister, Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn.
The tour aims to increase awareness of marijuana s medical benefits and to inform those who are interested in growing the plant of the laws. The programme aims to educate locals who would like to form a community enterprise and bid to become authorized cannabis growers. This programme will pave the way for a basic understanding of marijuana and it s economic benefits, said Phiphat.
