You do know about Garden Path Fermentation, right? Located in Burlington, near the airport, Garden Path cranks out some of the best wild ales you’ll find anywhere. And I do mean anywhere. The focus is on local ingredients, including local, native yeast. The beers are delicate, refined, flavorful, interesting, creative, and delicious. The kind of beers that exhaust my list of superlatives.
