The Board of Directors of Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd has recommended a dividend of INR 0.65 per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 subject to the approval of shareholders.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) is 60 percent higher at Rs 2,021 crore, while EBITDA margins improved 170 bps to 9 percent.
