CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – A farmer listed as Region’s number 4 most wanted person was arrested for two counts of rape in Pinukpuk, Kalinga on Tuesday morning, Aug. 30, Police Regional Office-Cordillera reported.
BGen. Mafelino Bazar, regional director of PROCOR, identified the arrested as Arnold Bayud
